MEMBERSHIP CARDS: Cards are non-transferable and must be presented upon entrance WITH PROPER IDENTIFICATION (valid State driver's license, valid North Carolina DMV Issued ID Card, valid passport of valid military ID), A replacement fee is charged for a lost card. Please notify management immediately if loss occurs.

The undersigned applies for membership in the social establishment knows as "Teasers Men's Club." I have read and acknowledged the information below. If accepted, I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the club. North Carolina law requires a minimum 3 day waiting period and membership committee approval prior to issuance of a membership card. Membership is valid for one year after issuance. Cards may be revoked at management's discretion is a cardholder fails to abide by club policies.

I certify that I have reviewed the requirements for membership in "Teasers Men's Club." I certify that I subscribed to the rules and purposes; particularly, that I subscribed to the concept that it is important to promote the free association of individuals without regard to race, creed, color, religion or sexual preference and that in general, I am a supporter of various liberation movements designed to support the rights of individuals to freely associate without regard to personal lifestyle, that I will work for and promote changes in laws and regulations at all levels designed to get Government out of personal lives of adult citizens voluntarily associated together. I further certify that I have actively supported such principles and concepts in the past. Further, I agree to abide by all rules and regulations of the organization and I acknowledge that the membership card issued to me shall not be fully valid until the membership has been approved by the membership committee, that my membership shall be probationary for a period of 60 days, and that I will not engage in loud, boisterous or disruptive conduct while on the premises of the organization or while participating in any social event or outing promoted by the organization.

1. Membership required. Guest(s) must be accompanied by a member. Management has the right to limit the number of guests with a member.

2. Proper ID required. Valid and current state issued driver's license, military ID, passport or NC DMV issued ID card are the ONLY forms of ID acceptable.

3. Proper dress required. Shirts must be worn properly. Shirts with collar preferred.

4. No loud, abusive, profane or disruptive language or actions allowed.

5. No chewing tobacco, gum or snuff allowed.

6. No cameras allowed.

7. No weapons of any type allowed.

8. No illegal substances, drugs or contraband allowed.

9. No soliciting in any form of employees, staff  or customers allowed.

10. Minimum age 21

11. Escorted Ladies Welcome; however, Unescorted Ladies Not Admitted.
